RUBBERBASE

A term referring to a type of duplicator ink based on rubber resins which don’t dry hard but set quickly on bond papers. Rubberbase inks don’t contain driers and are in limited use today due to their higher cost and their tendency to re-soften and track when exposed to heat from laser printers and copiers.
