FLAXSEED OIL

(also known as linseed oil) A vegetable oil derivative of the seeds of the flax plant. Flaxseed oil is common in most oilbased sheetfed litho inks today, usually in combination with other vegetable oils. Flaxseed oil content varies depending on performance requirements such as setting speed, drying time, and hardness. Flaxseed oil dries faster and harder than soybean oil.
