H-UV

H-UV refers to a specially matched UV ink and UV drying system. The ink is highly reactive to a reduced range of the UV spectrum, which corresponds to what the specially doped H-UV bulb produces. The result is less energy consumption (only one lamp at the end of the press), less heat generation, and no ozone emitions (elliminating the need for ventilation). Graphic Ink Company has both H-UV and LED-UV sheetfed inks available.
